About Me
Christopher A Kotaridis Boxing and Fitness (CAKBF) was an idea founded under the veil of a statewide lockdown and established in a humble townhome garage once lifted.
Operating inside the niche of personalised group training on-top of good value, great culture and with a little bit of help by word of mouth, the program became ever popular which presented a good problem – more floorspace was needed.
Within a year, CAKBF and the growing list of students housed themselves across two new locations – Knockout Fitness boxing gym in Forest Hill and an updated home studio in Wheelers Hill.
Now, these training spaces allow me to continue to provide the best quality boxing training in Melbourne, regardless of individual aspirations…
From general boxing to boxing fitness and self defence.
From amateur to professional competition.
From weight loss to muscle gain.
…Oh! And did I mention great culture!?

Life can get busy and that’s why at Christopher A Kotaridis Boxing and Fitness (CAKBF), you choose when and where you would like to train.
Availabilities range from the early morning, right through to the afternoon at Knockout Fitness boxing gym located in Forest Hill… Or in the evening at the well equipped home studio in Wheelers Hill.
As a coach, I believe that both development and enjoyment are maximised when the CAKBF community comes together to learn and work out, so this is encouraged.
…But if private sessions are preferred then this is also most definitely doable.
Bookings are available from Monday to Saturday and all training programs are personalised to each individual in each session.
